Refund Policy
2512 Laundry Service does not give any cash or credit refunds on any purchases made. 2512
Laundry Service gives credit to customers in the event of errors made on behalf of 2512 Laundry
Service. Credits given to customers may be used towards their next orders or any future order of
the customers choosing.
2512 Laundry Service will make every attempt to document and inform customers of missing
(i.e. one of two socks), torn or otherwise damaged items. 2512 Laundry
Service staff is trained to assist in loss prevention in the event that such
items may not have been bagged before pickup, or lost/damaged during
the laundry process, or of circumstances that may prevent timely service
and drop-off.
2512 Laundry Service will make every reasonable effort to accommodate customers who have
been unfairly inconvenienced.
All 2512 Laundry Service credits are received and applied through text messages and must be
shown to the delivery driver at the time of pick up and/or drop off.
